Compute each part of given problem:

Problem: An airplane flies eastward and accelerates uniformly. At one position along its path it has a velocity of 33.5 m/s. It then flies a further distance of 42900 m and its velocity is 45.1 m/s.

Part I: Find the airplane's acceleration?

Part II: Calculate how much time elapses while the airplane covers that 42900 m.

Please break down every step and do not skip over anything - I have been at this problem awhile and keep getting hung up. Thanks for the help!
