1. Take one theory that you learned the most from at the individual level, you should be able to identify and explain the variables, their roles in organizational context, why the learning was important to you. Take from perceptions, emotions, personality, values, attitudes, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, etc.
2. Take one theory from the group level, you should identify and explain the variables, their roles in organizational context and your experience. Do not although you need to identify one you should also comment on and how they relate to each other: group norms, groupthink, conflict management, negotiations, decision making, etc.
3. Take one theory at the organizational level, you should identify and explain the key variables, their roles in organizational context and how they relate to each other: organizational culture, structure and design.
