A person enters a bank and finds all of the n clerks busy serving customers and k customers awaiting service. The bank employs a first come, first serve policy. Customers are independent, identical, exponential distrubution of service time. What is the probability that the person will be the last to leave the bank assuming that no other customers arrive?
