Question: Air is flowing at Mach 2 and a pressure of 70 kPa in a two-dimensional channel. The upper wall turns toward the flow through an angle of 5° and the lower wall turns toward the flow through an angle of 3°, two oblique shock waves thus being generated. These two shock waves intersect each other. Find the pressure in the region just downstream of the shock intersection.
