Instructions: The data files that need to be used is large and consists of their SPSS files, it is data from Pisa 2015 from OECD. Find out why Finland scores so high in the Pisa and Sweden so low. We want to find various of independent variables from the data that can explain this. The data consist of variables on three categories in Pisa, math, science and reading. This should be used as dependent variables, but the problem is that this is plausible values that need to be recorded into syntax files.
Need to be done with the project as soon as possible. Need tables that show which variables have the highest significance, need maybe 6 variables that can explain this, 2 on each level (school, teacher and students). Maybe a multilevel analysis would work. Want the output file, data file (if variables have changes), syntax file (if used) and tables etc. in a word document.
The main question is why finland score higher than finland, what can explain that, or what can explain that some countries (as finland) scores higher and some countries score lower. Need explanation.
Need the output file from SPSS, data file (if changed), Word document with tables etc and some shows interpretation about the analysis, also the syntax. It would be great if can get a explanation of what has been done. And why.
Don't know what is the best option for this. As long as can explain and answer the question. The dependent variables need to be on Pisa score in math, science and reading it is PV variables. And the independent variables need to be on each category (math, science and reading) but the plausible values can't be used, they need to be changed into syntax I think. I don't know anything about how to change it or why it need to be changed. I just know that I can't use plausible values. So I want u to find different independent variables on different levels (levels=student, school and thatches). Those independent variables going to explain why some countries score higher on Pisa than other. And the countries are Sweden and Finland. So why do sweden score so low and Finland so high. What can explain that?
Just need to make sure about the plausible values, which is the dependent variables. Need to know the plan for it before we get started. It important to not use them as it is.
Need to get this when it's done.
Need the syntax file
The SPSS output file
A work document with tables etc that shows the result. Also need a brief interpretation and explanation of the result.
The data if has been any changes in it.
