Can you please explain to me how to find out what the graph of the angular velocity vs time graph and the torque vs time graph given the angular acceleration vs time graph?

A total torque is applied to an object around the z axis, causing the angular acceleration of the object around the z axis to vary as function of time as shown in the graph below. The object is initially at rest.
