The following kinetic data were obtained for an enzyme in the absence of any inhibitor (No I), and in the presence of two inhibitors (Inh-A) and (Inh-B) at 5mM concentration. Assuming the enzyme total is the same for each experiment determine Km and Vmax for each experiment. In addition by graphing the lineweaver burk plot determine the type of inhibition for each inhibitor.
