Q. A projectile is shot from the edge of a cliff 115m above ground level with initial speed of 65m/s at an angle of 35 degrees with the horizontal. a) Find out the time taken by the projectile to hit the ground. b) Resolve the distance X of where the object hits the ground from the base of the vertical cliff. At instant just before the projectile hits, find (c) horizontal and vertical components of its velocity, d) magnitude of the velocity, and e) angle made by the velocity vector with the horizontal. f) Find the maximum height above the cliff top reached by the projectile.
