For each of the following mechanisms, draw a reaction diagram that is appropriate for the number of steps, the relative rate of each step as well as whether each step is endothermic or exothermic. Find out the rate law for each mechanism.

a) H2 + NO --> H2O + N  (slow, endothermic)

    N + NO ---> N2 +O     (fast, exothermic)

    O + H2 ---->H2O        (fast, exothermic)

b) H2 + 2NO --> N2O + H2O(slow, exothermic)

    N2O + H2 --->N2 + H2O   (fast, exothermic)

c) 2NO <-->N2O2                (fast, equilibrium)

    N2O2 +H2 -->N2O           (slow, endothermic)

    N2O + H2 --->N2 + H2O   (fast, exothermic)

For each mechanism in the subsequent cases list compounds as reactants intermediates or products
