Balance the following redox reaction in acidic conditions by following the instructions described below:
As2O3 (s) + NO3- (aq) > H3AsO4 (aq) + NO (g)

1. Determine the oxidation state of each of the elements or compounds involved in the reaction.

2. Split the redox reaction in two; reduction reaction and oxidation reaction.

3. Balance all the atoms that are neither hydrogen nor oxygen.

4. Balance the oxygen atoms by adding H2O to one side of each half reaction.

5. Balance the hydrogen atoms by adding H+ to one side of each half reaction.

6. Balance the charge in each half reaction by adding electrons to one side.

7. As needed, multiply one or both half reactions by some coefficient so that both half reactions will have the same number of elections.

8. Add the reactions together and simplify.
