A wheel has b radius. It is rolling with V speed on a muddy road.

A mud particle sticks on the wheel surface. While rolling, the mud leaves from any point of the wheel surface with V tangential velocity. Find out the highest point that the mud might climb after flying out from the wheal's surface into the air.
