Q. A dielectric-filled parallel-plate capacitor has plate area = 30.0cm^2 , plate separation = 5.00mm and dielectric constant = 5.00. The capacitor is connected to a battery that creates a constant voltage = 10V. Throughout the problem, use = 8.85×10-12. The dielectric plate is now slowly pulled out of capacitor that remains connected to the battery. Find out the energy of the capacitor at the moment while the capacitor is half-filled with the dielectric.
