A protein biochemist attempted to determine the amino acid sequence of a decapeptide. Use the results fromt he trypsinm chymotrypsin, and cyanogen bromide treatments to suggest the amino acid sequence.
Trypsin digestion gave two fragments
T1: Ala, Arg, Phe, Pro, Thr, Trp, Tyr
T2: Lys, Met, Val
Chymotrpysin digestion gave three fragments with the following residues
CT1: Ala, Arg, Phe, Pro
CT2: thr, Trp
CT3: Lys, Met, Tyr, Val
N terminal analysis of the CT1 tetrapeptide indicated that the N-terminal amino acid was Ala. The cyanogen bromide gave only one single amino acid, methionine, and a nonapeptide. wWhat is a possible sequence of the decapeptide? Use three letter abbreviations
Describe reasons the paper's physical properties are different from the water's physical properties.
Calculate the molar solubility of AgBr in a 1.00 M aqueous solution of ammonia. Then calculate the solubility of AgBr in pure water, and compare the two solubilities. (Ksp for silver bromide is 7.7x10 -13 and Kf for Ag(NH3)2+ is 1.6x10^7)
Calculate the overall energy change (in kilojoules per mole) for the formation of Csf from its elements using the following data.

What volume would be occupied by 100 g of oxygen at a pressure of 1.50 atm and a temperature of 25ºC?
A 100.0 g copper sample (specific heat = 0.385 J/goC) at 100.0oC is added to 50.0 g water at 26.5oC. What is the final temperature of the copper-water mixture?
In a coffee-cup calorimeter, 1.50 g of NH4NO3 is mixed with 76.0 g of water at an initial temperature of 25.00°C. After dissolution of the salt, the final temperature of the calorimeter contents is 23.65°C.
