Assignment:
Scenario- Apartment building homicide--Coroner has stated Victim is labeled homicide investigation. no weapon found. Allowed to speak with building occupants who claim seen victim and a few unidentified guests during the first inquiry. None were seen at time of homicide.
Interview
POI-Person of interest = identified. Agreed to be interviewed at the station. Things got heated.
Interrogation.
POI has been hostile, disruptive, BUT has NOT asked for lawyer. Need to figure out how to legally interrogate.
ARREST:
Few days passed--go follow up with POI and things get defensive and POI pushes fellow officer--instinct says she is the killer of victim.
