Solve the following question:

Question: A pendulum of a period 2s is released from rest at an inclination of 50 to the vertical.

Part A: What is its angular velocity when it reaches the vertical?

Part B: When it first returns to its starting point it is given an impulsive blow towards the vertical that increases the amplitude of swing to 100. Find its subsequent angular position as a function of time.
