A car of mass 800 kilogram reaches a speed of 20 ms-1 in a distance of 100 meter, as a result of the pistons in the engine doing internal work. Find what constant external force would have been needed to do the same amount of work?

If the motor is then switched off, and frictional forces equivalent to a constant horizontal force of 200N act on it, find in what distance will it come to rest?
