Problem: A hockey player (76 kg) and a puck (0.2 kg) start out at rest on an ice rink. The player delivers a powerful slap shot to the puck so that it now travels at 16 m/s.

Part A: Use momentum conservation to determine how fast the player will recoil after the slap shot?

Please Help and show steps. I am trying to understand how to work this question. Thanks in advance!
