Problem- The Si semiconductor is at room temperature. For simplicity, assume the intrinsic fermi level to be located at the middle of the bandgap.

Part 1- For doping concentration of 1x1014 cm-3 Arsenic, find fermi level with respect to intrinsic fermi level, fermi level with respect to conduction band, fermi level with respect to valence band, electron concentration, and hole concentration.
