Engaged employees: It takes motivation, awareness, commitment, enthusiasm, and contentment for an employee to be engaged in a work environment. Employees should be active participants while working and not be forced to do things and get things done.
Actively disengaged: They are employees who are not happy at their job. They are frustrated and are not satisfied with their position. Actively disengaged employees complain to others and have a really bad attitude in the workforce. Social withdrawal and lack of participation can be a sign, another would be, disengaged employees who fail to build meaningful connections with others, as well as an increase in absence.
Not engaged: Employees are not delivering. Some are slow and will upset others around them. They might put in their time but will not show the passion or energy in their work. Employees are not happy with their job and will put the company down with their negativity.
To have our 10% of the not engaged employees become engaged in the workplace, we need to find out what is causing this problem and listen to them in order to understand them. Feedback is the utmost important thing not only for the employees but the company as well. It is helpful to listen to suggestions from them to help them get around their job.
