Communication is a very significant part of management and leadership. A high skilled manager will know how to implement the company's objectives and policies to the team and staff members. It is very important to not only give feedback but also to receive them to make better decisions for the success and prosper of the company/organization. An ideal business owner must demonstrate both qualities, create objectives and goals for the business as a leader while utilizing those objectives by managing the staff. Companies are bound to lose significant amounts of money each year, due to communication failures among staff.
