Find the correlation between ANCA and the clinical manifestations (K, L, C, GI, Msk, N, ENT, S).  We want to find out which ANCA (p-ANCA or c-ANCA, MPO or PR3) is  positive correlative with the clinical manifestations such as kidney injury (K), lung injury (L), constitutional signs (C), gastrointestinal manifestations (GI), musculoskeletal manifestations (Msk), nerve lesion (N), ear, nose and throat manifestations (ENT) and skin manifestations (S).

Please describe which tests you used and write a short narration to explain the results.
