Manufacturing and Product Development Silver bars used in trading on the bullion market are manufactured to certain height, width, and length specifications. In addition, there is variation in the silver content.

Five randomly selected silver bars were carefully analyzed for silver content (in ounces). The sample variance was 65.5. Assume the distribution of silver content is normal, and find a 99% confidence interval for the population variance in silver content.
