In early 2010, I purchased and remodeled an office building with10 office suites that cost $1,000 to service each year (security, maintenance, etc.). The building cost $1,000,000 in 2010. My cost of capital is 10%, The building could be sold today for $2,000,000. What is the minimum I should charge for an office suite?
