Question: The block of data below contains records of water elevation at different location numbers for specific dates. Some of the data records contain one than 1 date. For all of the records that have duplicated dates, average the values to create one record. Create a new set of data that has unique dates for each location. There should be no gaps. One approach is to create a value that is unique for each site and date.
