Dogs and cats are tested to determine if there is a significant difference in the average number of days that the animal can survive without food. A sample of 9 dogs and a sample of 10 cats are chosen. The average number of days that dogs survive without food 11 days with a standard deviation of 2 days while the average number of days for the cats is 12 days with a standard deviation of 3 days. What can be concluded with this hypothesis test? (alpha = 0.05)
