Q1. The airline industry has gone through some rough times during the last 4-5 years and is slowly recovering now. Various types of innovation are attributed to this turn around taking place. State 5 major innovations that can be implemented in the coming months and years by airlines to maintain a loyal frequent flyer base and also to attract new customers from the competition.
