Find a really cool article from a very established journal that is peer reviewed on the relation of organic chemistry to NUTRTION. Find an easily relatable journal like Science, or Nature, or something that is not a heavy read. Look for breakthrough research- how does biochemistry (molecules we have learned that impact our diet, our health, disease, aging, etc etc).

The article should be less than 3 years old. The journal article should go over a cool link to nutrition, why what we eat is important, or biotechnology, or something that we should all be aware of ! or something that impacts our lives positively or negatively,

The article should include the following points

1. Gist

2. Impact in one of the areas described above

3. What the research shows

4. Why we should care about it

5. How can this research be made better?

6. What did the research NOT look at that is equally important. In other words, what would you do differently!
