To start, find a volunteer who is in a leadership position. This person can be someone who leads a group of a small team at a small shop or a CEO who manages a large organization. If this person's day-to-day job involves managerial or leadership tasks, the person can take the survey.

After collecting the survey results, identify those leadership areas/abilities that your volunteer can improve. Next, select the tactics that will help improve those areas/abilities you have identified and explain how these tactics will improve your volunteer's leadership abilities. In your report, ensure that you address each of the tactics that you have selected. Remember that you do not have to apply all 16 tactics as you will select only those that will apply to those areas you have identified.
