1. Find a product you want to import into the USA. This product can be from any country in the world but cannot be imported in the USA as of the beginning of the semester. Competitive products are allowed. (e.g. You can import toothpaste brand X if brand X is not in the USA, even though other toothpaste brands are already sold here.)

2. Analyze how the international environmental forces in your text impact the product you are brining into the market. Analyze both the US and the country you are importing from.

3. Investigate competing products. What competing products are currently in the market and what competing products might come into the US market from other countries? You must look at all countries that import product into the US market and look at the competitors in those countries - are they threats? List all countries and competitors you investigated and show why each may or may not be a threat.

4. Ethics -Looking at your top three international competitors how are business ethics different in each country from the US? How might their ethical values impact how they compete with you? What might they do that you consider unethical (and they consider ethical) and what would you do to respond? (NOTE: Make sure you research COMPETITOR ethics not COUNTRY ethics.)
