The length of time it takes students and faculty to find a parking spot in Jewett Hall/Katz parking lot between 9:45 and 10:15 on Tuesday mornings follows a normal distribution with a mean of 4.0 minutes and a standard deviation of 1 minute. Find the cut-off time for which 75.8% of the students and faculty exceed when trying to find a parking spot in the lot.
