Answer: I am currently gaining knowledge through my business management course. I want to be involved in sales training and mentoring as a manager. I saw myself as a sales manager in the future. I will get that position in the period of 8 to 10 months. At present, I am a team member at Tim Horton's. This position helps me to get the customer experience that will assist me in the sales field. To fulfill my dream, I need to gain some necessary skills such as the ability to coach a salesperson, the ability to recruit new salespeople, leadership skills, interpersonal communicational skills, and so on. These skills I will get through my 4-month experience during an internship.

As I mentioned above, my career goal is to be a Retails Sales Manager. To make my dream true, I will source a network that would assist me in my career. That would be staffing or employment agency.
