Assume that Adam is a financial analyst working for the Jones Accounting Firm in Ashland, Ohio. He recently was sent by his employer to attend a training conference in Columbus, Ohio. He filed and expense report claiming the expenses he incurred on that trip. You will find that expense report that Adam submitted to his Company. At the seminar, Adam missed an afternoon session because he attended a Columbus Clippers baseball game that a client of the firm gave him. He also missed a session because he had to finish some freelance accounting work he was doing for a liquor store in Ashland. Adam also forgot to finish and file a tax return for a client of the firm before leaving for the conference. As a result that return will be filed late.

Based on the facts that are given and the expense report above, describe how Adam has violated at least 3 of the duties listes above. Make sure you state the duty and the example of how he violated each duty.
