Task: Finalise project plan

Complete the following activities:
1. Consult with the CEO on the draft plan.
Meet with Judith (your assessor) to discuss the draft project management plan. Judith will lead the discussion and provide you with information. Take notes.
During the meeting, you will need to demonstrate effective communication skills
including:
• Using active listening techniques
• Using a range of questioning techniques
• Communicating in a professional manner
• Speaking clearly and concisely, using paraphrasing and other techniques
• Applying communication techniques to develop rapport and a strong working relationship with Judith.

2. Locate warranty information.
As per Judith's request, locate warranty information for three main pieces of equipment as documented in your procurement plan. Download the warranty documentation or provide links to the information (where a pdf or similar is not available).

3. Finalise Project management plan.
Using the information provided by Judith at your meeting, review and update your project plan accordingly.
Add sections to your plan for:
• warranty information (as an appendix)
• the training plan (copy across your Training Plan place near the project team outline)
• change controls (as per discussion with Judith)
Save a copy of your plan as Demo Build Project Management Plan FINAL.

4. Submit completed project management plan for approval.
Write an email to Judith Lee, the CEO (your assessor). Request her approval of the final plan.
