Mrs. B is a 85 year old female living in a locked memory care portion of a local assisted living. She was recently transferred to your service and her daughter is meeting you at the visit. She was added to your schedule per the daughter's request over concerns with weight loss (now 120# down from 130# six months ago). There are no recent changes to her medications and no reported falls. The staff reports she is generally confused but cooperative. She comes to all 3 meals but eats very little.Please describe your differential diagnosis, work up and any treatment you may order.
