Nursing Report: Mary Lin is 55-year female who has not had a bowel movement in 3 days. Abdomen is distended, hard and soft bowel sounds in the right lower quadrant. Allergic to PCN NPO. Primary IV - NS with 20meq KCL at 125cc/hr infusing in right inner forearm. The patient is sitting at the side of the bed. Patient c/o of Abd pain of 2 and feels nausea but no vomiting since last evening at 11 pm. White Blood count elevated 11. The patient is OOB with assistance.
