Please teach me how to use Haskell to guess to random number between 1-99, the system will provide a feedback after every incorrect guess, we must use the feedback to make the next reasonable guess.

For example, if the target number is 53 and your initial guess is 30, the output will look something like:

Your guess: 20

Feedback: too small

Your guess: 90

Feedback: too big

Your guess: 40

Feedback: too small

Your guess: 53

Feedback: Congratulations! You got the number 53
