Problem:

In preparation for the new staff your organization will employ, review the current induction program. In documenting the results of your review, particularly comment on the following points and make recommendations as appropriate. The adequacy of the training and assistance provided to those involved in the induction process. Strategies in place to ensure that induction are completed in accordance with the organization's induction plan.

Management and support of new employees during the probationary period especially in the area of structured on-going feedback. Methods used to gain feedback from all the stakeholders involved in the induction process i.e. what improvements have been made to the process as a result of the feedback gained.

Additional Information:

The question is from Human Resource Management as well as it is about feedback and recommendations upon recruitment as well as staffing in an organization. One of the most significant aspects in the feedback or recommendations is about the successful transfer of knowledge and information to new staff throughout the training process.
