Using the Pickering vs Board of Education (1968) and the Munroe vs Central Board District (2015) determine the outcome of the following: On your own time, in the privacy of your own home, and using your own equipment, you have begun writing a blog entitled "Ramblings of a Professional" in which you write about your experiences as a classroom teacher. You have not identified the city or the school at which you teach, and you blog under your first name only.
