You are a program evaluator and have been asked by several different organizations and programs for advice about the type of evaluation their initiative should pursue. Question 1

A potential client has approached you to tell them whether their new way to use telehealth for infant developmental screening is feasible to implement in a rural community in Ethiopia. They are going to initiate a pilot telehealth program and would like to you to evaluate that pilot before they move to full-scale implementation.
