Scenario: Your health care organization is examining the feasibility of updating their EHR. You need to conduct an analysis to know which internal staff from the entire facility should be selected as stakeholders and which position(s) should be recruited externally.

The second document that needs to be submitted for this assignment needs to be an advertisement for recruiting two individuals to fill the vacancies for your EHR project, such as a consultant, database administrator, project manager, legal compliance officer, CIO, etc.

Advertisement is for recruitment of at least 2 different types of positions.

Each position should contains Job summary, summary of position, education and experience requirements, duties and responsibilities, job specifications.
