When it comes to worker exploitation, unfair wages, poor working conditions, and potential child labor, Shein and fast fashion companies violate the justice rule, as the justice rule relates to unfairness and inequality. Shein also violates the moral rights rule. Shein has no interest in protecting their employees health, safety, or well being since the working conditions are not favorable and most time employees are over worked.
