The goal of evaluating the performance of employees is to maintain organizational control and fair distributions of rewards and corrections. Therefore, a spirit of mutuality is needed for an effective performance appraisal system (Yahya & Fee-Yean, 2015).Do you believe that the goal is really distribution of rewards and corrections along with control?Why isn't the goal business sustainability?
