You are to be observed leading and managing team effectiveness by performing the following actions:
1. Using leadership techniques and strategies to facilitate team cohesion and work outcomes including:
a. Encouraging and fostering shared understanding of purpose, roles and responsibilities
b. Identifying and resolving problems
c. Providing feedback to encourage, value and reward others
d. Modelling desired behaviour and practices
2. Developing policies and procedures to ensure team members take responsibility for own work and assist others to undertake required roles and responsibilities
3. Establishing processes to address issues and resolve performance issues
4. Supporting team to meet expected performance outcomes
5. Providing formal and informal learning opportunities as needed
6. Developing performance plans with key performance indicators (KPIS), outputs and goals for individuals or the team which incorporate input from stakeholders
7. Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders about team performance plans and team performance
8. Facilitating two-way flow of information between team and management relevant to team performance
9. Evaluating and taking necessary corrective action regarding unresolved issues, concerns and problems raised by internal or external stakeholders
