Mr. Chandra, your next door elderly neighbor, is an avid coin collector who has an extensive collection of small denomination legal tender coins.

The pandemic and subsequent lockdown have been hard on him and he wishes to deposit his collection into his bank account. He has approached his home branch, which also happens to be in your neighborhood, several times since the month of April for the same but has been advised each time that such service (of deposit of small denomination coins) isn't rendered by the particular branch and he would have to visit the main branch of the city (which happens to be far away from Mr. Chandra's residence) for making the deposit.

Being a senior citizen, Mr. Chandra, isn't able to visit the main branch due to obvious concerns for his health in the present circumstances. Mr. Chandra has already made several representations of the matter (via email) both to his home branch and the Regional Office of the bank in the past three months but hasn't heard anything from them.
