The State Library of NSW purchased two Robots for $10,000 each.

New Age Robots stated that the technology and software was developed solely by them. In fact another company "A I Bend and Extend Pty Ltd" had invented the software applying to the extendable arm and had not been paid or consulted by New Age Robots.
