This assignment will explore systems of resistance to organizational change. This assignment is two-fold. First, you will prepare to interview a manager. For this examination, prepare a series of questions that you may want to ask. Consider covering topics such as resistance to change, using questions that you will create similar to those below (do not use these example questions):
