Express the concentration of a 0.0510 M aqueous solution of fluoride, F-, in mass percentage and in parts per million. Assume the density of the solution is 1.00 g/mL. I understand how to find the ppm concentration. I calculated it out to be 969 ppm. But I don't understand how to get the "mass percentage." What am I taking a percentage of?
