Q. we are supposed to write a business case about our idea to classify the possible problems we might meet while doing the project. We choose to launch a website that provides information for life activities. For example, you live in Toronto and you want to go for a dinner at weekend with you family or friends. There are just so many restaurants in the city and you do not know which on to choose because you have never tasted their food. Then you can come to our website and search for the restaurant that is located in Toronto or near you. More importantly, you can see the customer review for the restaurants and the price range that the customers posted or shared on our website. The similar situation can also apply to any life activities such as clothing stores, electronic stores theatres and so on.

I want you to write one page about the risk read below:

Express known risks that have the potential to affect the outcome of project and Express how these risks have been measured/quantified and the steps that are planned/in place to avoid, counteract or mitigate these known risks.
