Explores the intersections between Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) concepts and Trauma-Informed Approaches (TIA) and guides how to become a TIA champion or ally. By engaging in this dialogue, you and your colleague will deepen your understanding of TIA principles, enhance your advocacy skills, and contribute to fostering more inclusive and trauma-informed spaces within your respective contexts.

Task:

Your colleague has just returned from a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging workshop. They ask you how these concepts overlap with TIA. They also asked how they could become TIA champions. As a newly-informed TIA scholar:
