It is the development of computers capable of carrying out tasks typically performed by humans. Despite its potential to revolutionize various sectors of society, AI has raised ethical issues. This essay explores AI's ethical implications and how it affects society. AI's main ethical concern is the possibility of making biased decisions. AI systems aim to be as objective as the data they are trained on. However, if the data it is subjected to has biases, it can amplify or replicate them. This could lead to discrimination. For instance, it could prevent people from receiving certain services or opportunities based on various characteristics.
